TE Sneak Peeks Day 2: A Little Sweet Talk

It's day 2 of sneak peeks for the March release from Taylored Expressions!! Today I am stepping away from the weddings and just showing some fun new basic products and sentiments.

Be sure to check out all of the other designers starting on the Taylored Expressions blog because there is just too much for one designer to show off in just a few days.

All the products that I have used are linked at the bottom, but remember that new products aren't available until Thursday, March 3, 7 a.m. PST.

Taylored Expressions is celebrating Release Week with some fabulous giveaways! Visit the TE blog to answer Taylor's Question of the Day for a chance to win a prize from the latest release!

Let's Talk

I'm loving the new stamp set Let's Talk Sentiments along with three different Little Bits-Let's Talk Bubbles. The sentiments are basic, but perfectly crafted to fit with a wide variety of TE stamps and dies. (If you check out each designer post today, each of us has a different focus so you'll see the wide variety of uses.) I put a sentiment together with food.

I love the fun font on this (and you'll see another fun sentiment and font on my next card), but the stamp set has a variety of fonts that fit with each sentiment. Here's the cute little bubble close up.

Here's the supply list for this card (but links to new products won't work until Thursday), Be sure to keep paging down because there is still another card to see.

The stripe came out of my scrap bin and much of cardstock I found elsewhere to match the paper.

Sweet Stitched Tags

I can never get enough of stitched elements. I love the way they finish off the edge of a die cut. Taylored Expressions has added so many with basics like rectangles, squares, circles, hearts, banners and more - and now they are adding to their tags with Tag Stacklets 3 (Also note that the sentiment is from the set that I used above - Let's Talk Sentiments.)

TE Sweet Tag Stacklets

You have to look kind of closely to see that these aren't just circles - there's a scallop and hole at the top (which I stupidly covered with a bow so you can't see it!)  I've zoomed in so you might be able to see it better.

TE Sweet Tag Stacklets Tops

The tags are sized to fit a variety of Taylored Expressions products. Taylor always takes time to make sure that products have a variety of uses. In this case, the various sizes of tags fit behind the Roly Poly series (can you just see the cute tags with roly poly's), behind the Beauty Lies Within series of dies, the Treat Toppers dies, and for Christmas they fit Away in a Manager.  I used one of the dies from Birthday Treat Toppers.

Be sure to check out all of the other designers - the Let's Talk Sentiments that I used on both cards is being showcased on all the designers; blogs - using a wide variety of products. Definitely start on the TE blog for a chance to win today's prize!

The cardstock for the cupcake just came from my stash to match the patterned paper.
